Motions to Extend or Impose the Automatic Stay - TELEPHONIC

Parties may notice motions to extend or impose the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(3)(B) and (4) for a telephonic hearing on the first Thursday of each month (subject to change).

If notice and scheduling requirements are not met, counsel may notice the hearing for consideration in-person at a regularly scheduled motion hour.  Refer to the Calendar for the assigned division or venue.

All matters begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be telephonic.
