The public counter of the court is open Monday through Friday (except for federal holidays) from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Questions about emergency filings outside normal business hours can be e-mailed to emergencyfilings@kyeb.uscourts.gov.  Your e-mail should provide your name, the nature of your inquiry, and your contact information.  A representative of the court will contact you as soon as possible upon receipt of your e-mail.
