As described in the October 13th notification, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is experiencing a national disruption. As a result, the entry and service of Court-issued notices and orders, as well as the service of 341 Notices, may be delayed until the disruption is resolved.
The disruption is also affecting CM/ECF users' access to the mailing matrix. Until service is restored, creditor names and addresses needed for service may be accessed through the following steps:
Accessing the List of Creditors in CM/ECF:
- Select Query from the top menu in CM/ECF.
- Enter the case number and select Run Query.
- Select the Creditor link.
- Leave the Creditor Type field blank and select Run Query to display all creditors.
- Review the resulting list of creditors and addresses for service purposes.
Important: The creditor list does not include all parties and other interested persons who may be entitled to notice, including the debtor(s), trustee(s), and the U.S. Trustee. Attorneys and other parties remain responsible for reviewing the applicable service requirements and ensuring that all appropriate parties are served, including those not listed in the CM/ECF creditor query.
The Court will provide additional information as it becomes available.
