The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky seeks comments from members of the bar for suggested additions and/or revisions to existing Local Rules and Forms which might aid in the administration of the court’s work.  Those wishing to offer suggestions may do so via e-mail to public_comments@kyeb.uscourts.gov by July 15, 2024.  Suggestions received will be considered as part of the court’s annual review. Any proposed changes to Local Rules and Forms will be posted for public comment in the fall in anticipation of implementation with the changes to Federal Rules and Forms on December 1, 2024.
