The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and Thomson Reuters have awarded the 2023 Judge William L. Norton, Jr. Excellence Award to Judge Tracey N. Wise.  Presented at the recent National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges Annual Meeting, the award recognizes a bankruptcy judge whose career has embodied dedication to the insolvency community and who has distinguished himself or herself as an educator, writer, or scholar.  In recognition of this award to Judge Wise, Thomson Reuters will donate $5,000 to the ABI Endowment for Education, which will be used toward projects to foster bankruptcy education and research.
