The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky will be closed for the Independence Day Holiday on Thursday, July 4, 2024, and Friday, July 5, 2024.  The ECF system will continue to be available for attorney use, and electronic and virtual filing options remain available for parties not represented by counsel. Normal operations will resume on Monday, July 8, 2024.
