In addition to the updates noted above, please be aware that certain Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Official Forms will also be updated as of December 1, 2024.  Among these changes is the abrogation of Official Form B423, Certification About a Financial Management Course.  The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky will update certain Local Forms in the 4004 series to remove references to this Official Form.  Redline copies of these forms are not included here as no other substantive changes have been made.  For further information about changes to Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, please visit www.uscourts.gov.
